In partnership with Simeon High school, Cook Elementary school, Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation, The Chicago Teacher Education Pipeline and Illinois State University; we invite you to participate in our Revolution of Young Leaders as Artist Workshop.
Our workshops are designed to foster and intergenerational relationship between Simeons' Writers Never Die championship team and Cook Elementary School students, providing a space for creative expression and youth empowerment.
Students will take part in 6 poetry workshops and 1 final presentation performance
Workshops will be held after school at Cook Elementary from October 6 through November 10, 2015. The final performance will be on November 12, 2015.
