The bi-annual "health fair on the block" highlights community wellness by combining nutrition, health, fitness, and all assets that contribute to a healthy in a way that is unlike any other in the city of Chicago.
The Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation and the Auburn Gresham Health and Wellness Taskfirce is committed to promoting a healthier community by building partnerships with health care providers, businesses, banks, insurance providers, City and State service providers and non-profit organizations in order to motivate residents s to commit to call for actions and make decide or continue to promote healthier living choices.
