Court Grants Motion By Nonprofits and Sprint to Extend WiMax Service Through March

Mobile Citizen update: This week Sprint joined us when we asked the court to extend a preliminary injunction that temporarily saved Internet access for the people on the WiMax network. Today, the court approved it. This is a step in the right direction for all of us. The revised shutdown schedule for the Chicago Area is February 2nd. If you have an active hotspot, you still can transition to Sprint services. We will let businesses and organizations know, when new service can be added. The revised shutdown schedule is below:
