$1 Large Lots program to reopen in December

DPD will reopen Mayor Emanuel's Large Lots land sale program Monday, Dec. 3, with approximately 4,000 vacant, City-owned lots on the South, Southwest and West sides available for $1 each. The six-week application period is the eighth since the program debuted in 2014. Since then, nearly 2,000 lots have been purchased for a buck by local property owners.
