Along the Journey Breast Cancer Awareness and Survivorship Support Program has officially launched!
This is a pilot program for African-American living in Auburn-Gresham, Englewood, and Roseland communities. We are offering free supportive services to cancer patients while they are on every aspect of the cancer healthcare journey:
After a diagnose, During treatment, and Beyond treatment.
We are actively seeking participants to be a part of the Cancer Awareness Workshops and the 9-Week Cancer Awareness Support Program. For More Information:
