Local community based organization participates in inaugural Warm Your Heart 5K Run

GADC team members and friends show how much they love themselves at the inaugural Warm Your Heart 5K Run.

The Greater Auburn-Gresham Development Corporation (GADC) team members and friends participated in the inaugural Warm Your Heart 5K Run to raise awareness of the ongoing need for cardiovascular fitness and health.

Hosted by Northwestern Memorial Hospital's Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute, this indoor run held at McCormick Place, offered nearly 2500 runners the opportunity to support this Institute's efforts towards preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases.

GADC team members were joined by several friends of the organization who shared a similar passion of maintaining their health through fitness and health.
