Chicago NATO Summit 2012 Street Closures

There are a number of resources to find transportation information as it relates to the NATO street closures:

·       The Chicago Host Committee website http://www.chicagonato.org/  has the USSS official release and maps along with a list of potential traffic impacts from 12:01 am Saturday, May 19th through 6:00 pm Monday, May 21st.  The Host Committee also links users directly to Notify Chicago to sign up for traffic alerts https://webapps.cityofchicago.org/NotifyChicago/

·       The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) has also created a list of planned reroutes and service disruptions as necessitated by planned road closures during the Summit weekend. This list, as well as tips for making your commute on the CTA run smoothly can be found at:  http://www.transitchicago.com/nato/

·       The Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) also has the USSS official release, maps, and impacts at http://www.cityofchicago.org/content/city/en/depts/cdot/provdrs/traffic_information/alerts/2012/may/nato_potential_streetclosuresandreroutes.html
