Collins - Newsletter July 17, 2020, Jul 17, 2020; This week, Governor JB Pritzker and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) announced a $4.7 million investment that will expand the Illinois Apprenticeship Program to serve an additional 568 residents in training programs over the next two years. Overall, the State of Illinois is making a $20 million investment in the Illinois Apprenticeship Program to support 17,000+ apprenticeships in 2020 alone.
