Perspectives Charter School Enrollment Week

Perspectives Charter School has seats available for grades 6 - 12 for the 2016-17 school year. We will be hosting Open Enrollment Week in the evenings from Monday, August 8 - Friday, August, 12 from 5:30-7:30pm at the following campuses:

Auburn Gresham Campus location (8131 S. May)
Monday, August 8th; Wednesday, August 10th; and Friday, August 12th

IIT/Math & Science Campus location (3663 S. Wabash)
Tuesday, August 9th and Thursday, August 11th

In order to enroll, you will need to submit the following documents:

1. Student's most recent grades/report card
2. Proof of Residency (valid state ID/driver's license and utility bill/lease)
3. Proof of Guardianship (birth certificate/legal guardian documentation)
