JOB Description:
MAPSCorps is envisioned as a national model for partnerships between university scientists & a work force comprised of high school & college students. Staff, including university researchers and college students, train local youth to walk each block in South Side neighborhoods, identifying and collecting information about businesses, organizations, & government entities providing services to the public. This high-quality asset data is used by community residents, community organizations, researchers, & policymakers to design programs that improve health & foster community vitality.
