Pillars of Auburn Gresham
The Auburn Gresham office of Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago (NHS) is collaborating with the National Trust of Historic Preservation to create a video history of the Auburn Gresham community, entitled Pillars of Auburn Gresham: an account of historical places, events & times as lived by residents of Auburn Gresham. This video history will explore community assests through resident narration. It will give viewers an intimate portrait of the community and its transformations of the past 40 years. We invite you to learn more about the project at our Pillar reception, Monday August 20th at 6:30pm. Meet the production team and project participants. Refreshments will be served. If you have memories of Auburn Gresham to share, please bring them with you to the reception.
