Delta Weatherization & Energy Efficiency Program

You Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago Auburn Gresham offices are currently distributing and collecting applications for the Delta Weatherization & Energy Efficiency Program. This program is funded by the City of Chicago Department of Environment and the State of Illinois Attorney General's Office. This program seeks to weatherize 200+ homes in the City of Chicago and City of Waukegen. Eligible low-to-moderate income homeowners will receive up to $4,700.00 in weatherization services, which may include:

-Attic Insulation

-Sidewall Insulation

-Weatherstripping

-Air Sealing

-Water Heater Blankets

-Window Replacement

-Door Replacement

-Theromstat Upgrade

-Duct Sealing and Repair

-Furnance Repair

-Radiant Heat Regulators

-Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs
